What to include
For order support, send your order number, the name used at checkout and a short description of what you need. Photos help if an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For a bespoke request, send the style, colour, material, occasion, EU size and preferred date. Standard website orders are made in the material and finish shown on the product page; different colours or materials are handled as bespoke requests on WhatsApp.

Where does FAWOYE deliver?
We currently deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery is ₦3,500, shown at checkout before you pay. We send tracking by email after dispatch. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are handmade to order and delivered anywhere in Nigeria within seven working days.
How do I choose my size?
Our shoes use EU sizing. Check the Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, go up or send your foot length in centimetres on WhatsApp and we will help.
Can I request a different colour or material?
Yes. Different colours, materials or design changes are bespoke orders. Message us on WhatsApp before paying so we can confirm what is possible, the price and the production time.
What is the return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund and Returns Policy. You may try the shoes on briefly indoors on a clean surface.
