Yes. We ship to the UK and other international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location — reach out via WhatsApp or email for a shipping quote to your country. We price in both NGN and GBP for your convenience.
Our shoes are true to standard UK sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up. You can also send us your foot length in centimetres and we'll recommend the right size personally. Just message us on WhatsApp — it's the fastest route.
Absolutely. We take a limited number of custom commissions each month. Custom orders typically take 2–3 weeks from confirmation. Send us your ideas — colour, material, occasion — and we'll tell you what's possible.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the shoes are unworn and in original packaging. Because our shoes are handcrafted, we handle each case personally. Contact support@fawoye.com with your order details and we'll make it right.
Orders within Nigeria typically arrive in 2–5 business days. Lagos and Abuja are usually faster. We offer free delivery on all domestic orders. You'll receive a tracking update once your order is dispatched.
