Our products
FAWOYE designs and makes premium leather footwear in Nigeria. Because most of our shoes are made to order, each pair is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. As our shoes are handmade, slight variations in colour, grain and finish are natural and are not considered defects — they are part of what makes each pair unique.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example where an item is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or product information, or where we are unable to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed and charged in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details.
Made to order and lead times
As our pairs are made to order, please allow a short production time before dispatch, typically a few working days. Estimated timelines are shown at checkout and in your confirmation. Made-to-order timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. We do not ship internationally at this time. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are calculated at checkout. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
We want you to love your FAWOYE pair. Returns are accepted on unworn items in their original packaging within the stated window. Because made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, please check your size carefully before ordering. Full details, including how to start a return, are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the FAWOYE name, logo, designs, images and text, is owned by FAWOYE and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAWOYE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
